Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our Enterprise Accounts team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for driving sales of our IT solutions and expanding our presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of proven experience in IT sales, a strong understanding of enterprise client needs, and a track record of building and nurturing long-term relationships. This position requires an immediate joiner who can hit the ground running and contribute directly to our growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement & Growth :
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for IT solutions (Cloud, Infrastructure, Analytics, ERP, Automation, Engineering & Design Services).
- Contribute to the overall growth of the sales team and company by driving individual and team performance.
Strategic Business Planning :
Design and implement a strategic business plan for the assigned region / accounts to expand the company's customer base and ensure strong market presence.Identify new business opportunities within enterprise accounts and develop strategies to penetrate target organizations.Client Relationship Management :
Build and promote strong, long-lasting, and trust-based customer relationships by partnering with clients and gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving technology requirements and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Motherson's services.Sales Process Ownership :
Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are tailored to client requirements and that proposals are accurate and compelling.Reporting & Forecasting :
Present accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic sales forecasts, to the management team on a regular basis.Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system.Market Intelligence :
Identify emerging markets, market shifts, and competitive trends.Stay fully aware of new products, technologies, and competitor activities within the IT services landscape.Provide valuable market feedback to internal teams for product and service development.Mentoring & Leadership :
Potentially guide and mentor junior sales team members (if applicable), fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales 6-8 years of successful previous experience in IT sales, specifically in client relationship management or sales representative / manager roles, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Demonstrated experience in selling IT solutions such as Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), Infrastructure Services, Data Analytics, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Engineering & Design Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration or a related field.Sales Acumen :
Proven ability to drive the sales process from initial planning to successful closure.Strong business acumen and deep industry expertise, particularly within the enterprise IT sector.Communication & Influence :
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the client organization, including C-level executives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Continuous Learning :
