Key Responsibilities :
- Own and optimize the CRM database to identify, nurture, and convert leads into sales
- Design and execute targeted campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS) that directly drive repeat sales and client retention
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop clienteling strategies and upselling opportunities
- Use data analytics and customer segmentation to proactively generate sales opportunities
- Provide detailed sales performance reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel
- Support sales targets by tracking client interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Partner with marketing and retail teams to align CRM initiatives with sales 2-4 years of sales-driven CRM role, preferably in luxury retail or high-end home dcor.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and sales funnels
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent communication and coordination skills
- Passion for luxury retail and delivering an exceptional client experience
- Masters / Bachelors in sales and marketing
