Hiring "Cad Drawing Executive" for Byculla Location

Job Description :

Position : CAD / Working Drawings Executive

Department : Design & Production

Location : Byculla West

Reporting To : Technical Head / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings working plans schematics and elevations for the costing and production departments .
• Develop accurate and comprehensive detail drawings as per project requirements across interior exhibition stand and retail environments to ensure seamless production and execution.
• Create detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for accurate costing and budgeting.
• Conduct site visits supervision and surveys ; prepare recce reports and material planning documents where required.
• Provide daily project progress reports and maintain documentation for project tracking.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of interior exhibition and retail furniture projects ensuring design intent and build quality are maintained.
• Prepare architectural details and technical drawings using AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp as per design intent.
• Assist in finish and material selection ensuring alignment with design specifications and budget.
• Take precise site measurements and update as-built drawings accordingly.
• Coordinate with vendors and fabricators for special projects and bespoke detailing.
• Oversee on-site execution including supervision of labour and fabrication teams ensuring smooth installation of exhibition stands retail furniture and interior setups .
