Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Hydraulic Hose Sales Representative. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include expanding dealer network, visiting dealers and oem clients on regular basis, up selling products and offering product training when needed, and managing sales pipelines. The role also involves understanding customer needs, promoting the company’s product offerings, and contributing to sales strategy development to achieve business growth. This role requires extensive travelling.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
MINIMUM 2-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN FIELD OF HYDRAULIC HOSE OR HYDRAULIC INDUSTRY IS A MUST.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES MINIMUM 15-20 DAYS OF EXTENSIVE TRAVELLING
Proven experience in Sales with an ability to identify opportunities and close deals
Competence in Sales Management and Training to enhance team performance and drive success
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
Knowledge or experience in industrial or hydraulic hose products is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
