Recruiting Team Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a Domestic Recruitment Manager who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment and lead a team to meet hiring targets across IT and Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Must handle end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality hires.
• Use multiple sourcing channels (portals, LinkedIn, referrals).
• Maintain hiring dashboards, TAT, and offer-to-join metrics.
• Ensure excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
