Senior Solutions Manager- Trust & Safety

Wipro is scouting for Senior Solutions Manager / Practice Consultant with expertise in Content Moderation- Trust & Safety Domain. This is a Presales opportunity and IC role focused on strategy and solution designing approach. Candidates from Presales / Operations with Content Moderation background will be considered

Location - Can work from any Wipro office

Responsibilities :

• Create compelling proposals - both proactive and response to RFI,RFP and RFQ
• Work closely with the GAE and BDMs to create a robust pipeline.
• Build account plans identifying white spaces for growth
• Create and lead client presentations
• Primary & Secondary research on competition landscape, clients and idetify whitespaces
• Manage internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible in building proactive pipeline, demand generation working with marketing and sales teams
• Responsible for internal and external marketing and brand creation
• Responsible for deal conversion
