What You’ll Do

• Design & deliver complex features and systems across our stack—from data models to UI.
• Build and evolve scalable full-stack apps using TypeScript, Next.js, Express.js, React Native (Expo).
• Develop APIs / services (primarily tRPC) and craft clean, versioned contracts.
• Model data in PostgreSQL; design relational schemas, write optimized queries, and review migrations.
• Raise the bar on engineering quality : code reviews, testing strategy (unit / integration), CI / CD hygiene.
• Instrument & operate : add observability, track performance, debug production issues, and drive SLO-oriented reliability.
• Collaborate with design and product to shape roadmaps and sequence milestones.
• Mentor teammates, give crisp feedback, and improve our engineering practices.
