Job descriptionDevelop relationships with existing clients and maximize revenue Ensure 100% end-to-end fulfillment for all orders Analyze client performance and trends to improve sales strategies Prepare and conduct strategic pitches and presentations Based on performance, handle team management responsibilities Maintain databases using MS Office tools and send daily reports Program manage cross-functional operations to ensure SLA adherence Ensure compliance with taxation, state forms, accounts receivable / payable Knowledge of Payments and Settlement Act (RBI), Merchant Category Codes (MCC), PCI DSS, Nodal and Escrow Accounts Experience in selling software products ; preference for Education / Fintech / ERP domain
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development :
- Understand the market and define USPs of in-house products
- Generate leads, prospects, and referrals, and convert them into clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Open new client accounts and strategic partnerships ( Hunter Instinct )
- Plan, execute, and monitor sales operations for accelerated growth
