Role Overview :
We’re looking for a driven and tenacious Business Consultant – Strategic Accounts to own and grow relationships with accounts that are pivotal to AlmaShines’ strategic positioning.
This role isn’t just about making the first connection, it’s about nurturing, persisting, and closing high-impact accounts that can influence our brand presence and market leadership.
Here, the real job begins when a potential account says “No” to our proposal, and you find a way to turn it into a “Yes” .

Key Responsibilities :
Account Ownership : Take full responsibility for nurturing and converting strategically significant accounts.
Persistent Engagement : Maintain regular, value-driven communication with prospects, even in the face of repeated rejections.
Needs Discovery : Deeply understand each account’s priorities, challenges, and decision-making process.
Tailored Proposals : Work with the product and client success teams to craft solutions that directly address client needs and demonstrate measurable ROI.
Negotiation & Closure : Lead negotiations with resilience, ensuring terms align with both client success and AlmaShines’ strategic objectives.
Relationship Building : Cultivate long-term relationships that position AlmaShines as a trusted partner.
Market Awareness : Stay attuned to industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic positioning and influence.

Compensation (CTC) :
Fixed : INR 6,00,000 / Year to INR 7,20,000 / Year
Variable : INR 2,40,000 / Year to INR 3,60,000 / Year
Total : INR 8,40,000 / Year to INR 10,80,000 / Year
This will be based on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role. We believe in fair, performance-driven compensation and ensure clarity from day one to make the hiring process transparent for both sides.
