Position : Integration Analyst - ITX

Location : Chennai, TN

Hybrid : 1 week in office every month

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled EDI Integration Analyst with strong experience in EDI mapping, integration, and business process understanding within logistics and supply chain domains. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining EDI integrations using IBM ITX.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement EDI mappings and integration solutions using IBM ITX (Transformation Extender) .
• Create and maintain mapping specifications based on customer and business requirements.
• Work with standard EDI formats such as EDIFACT , ANSI X12 , and other industry-specific standards.
• Develop and configure typetrees, maps, and business rules in IBM ITX.
• Manage and support communication protocols such as SFTP, AS2, Web Services, and APIs for data exchange.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful EDI integrations and smooth transaction flows.
• Troubleshoot EDI-related issues, analyse transaction failures, and provide timely resolutions.
• Document EDI processes, mapping details, and integration workflows.
