Job overview : We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Business Intelligence Solutions Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of analytics, dashboards, and planning solutions within the finance function. This role combines strong technical depth, data storytelling, and stakeholder collaboration to drive insights and automation across finance and business functions. Experience : 7+ years Location : Bengaluru (Onsite) Department : Finance Reporting To : Director – Finance Transformation Key Responsibilities : Dashboard Design & UX : Develop intuitive, visually engaging Tableau dashboards with a strong focus on storytelling and user-centric design. Automation & Integration : Build robust, automated reporting pipelines and connect Tableau to multiple data sources such as Salesforce (SFDC), ERP, EPM, Snowflake, and MS Excel Manage Finance Database and Models : Manage the architecture, implementation, and optimization of finance databases (Snowflake), including configuration and data pipeline design. EPM / Planning Models : Design and manage Enterprise Planning Management (EPM) solutions — preferably on platforms like Workday Adaptive — to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions. Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop wireframes and mock-ups to align on dashboard layout, functionality, and user flow before development. Performance Optimization : Ensure dashboards are scalable, performant, and aligned with best practices in data visualization and governance. Data Governance : Maintain standards for data quality, version control, and documentation across all finance data assets. Mentorship & Enablement : Support and mentor junior analysts and business users in Tableau usage and data interpretation, where required Required Skills and Qualifications : 7+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and Tableau (Desktop and Server) Mandatory experience in SQL (Snowflake) and data modelling. Strong experience in integrating Tableau with APIs across SFDC, ERP, EPM, databases, and MS Excel. Experience with Workday Adaptive EPM (Planning Platform) Solid understanding of UX / UI principles in dashboard design. Experience with ETL tools and scripting (e.G., Python, SQL, Alteryx) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or related STEM field
