We are seeking enthusiastic freshers with a background in CA Inter or CMA (not completed CA) to join as Financial Analysts . This role is ideal for candidates who want to build their careers in financial reporting and investment operations while gaining exposure to financial instruments such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports.

Support accounting and reporting functions in line with global standards.

Perform reconciliations and basic variance analysis.

Gain hands-on exposure to financial instruments (equity, fixed income, derivatives).

Support internal controls, audit requirements, and process documentation.

Learn and contribute to month-end and quarter-end reporting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education : CA Inter or CMA (mandatory). Candidates who have completed CA are not eligible .

Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and financial reporting fundamentals .

Knowledge of financial instruments (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives).

Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to tools like Bloomberg, Reuters, Oracle, or SAP is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
