What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in building and scaling modern, intelligent web applications that support data-driven workflows across the organization.

Your work will directly impact how teams interact with information by delivering secure, high performance products that are intuitive and reliable including AI-assisted features for document analysis and automation.

In this role, you will :

• Design, build, test and deploy full-stack web applications using modern React-based frameworks such as Next.js.
• Develop scalable frontend experiences using Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI systems.
• Build backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript to support application and integration workflows.
• Design, query and optimise relational databases (PostgreSQL), including schema design, migrations and performance considerations.
• Implement secure authentication, authorisation and role-based access controls.
• Integrate external systems and services via REST APIs, webhooks and event-driven workflows.
• Implement AI-powered features using Large Language Models (LLMs) for email parsing, document analysis and structured data extraction.
• Manage application data fetching, caching and state consistency across client and server layers.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment pipelines to ensure quality, security and reliability.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation, architectural decisions and development standards.
