Manager – Digital Ad Operations

We are hiring an Ad Operations Manager to ensure smooth execution and optimization of digital ad campaigns for Beebom’s Gadgets website. The role involves end-to-end campaign management, including trafficking, monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, and performance optimization.

The role involves overseeing campaign setup, monitoring performance, maximizing yield, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.

Requirements

5–8 years of proven experience in digital Ad Operations or Campaign Management

Strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM / DFP), DV360, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager

Expertise in optimizing campaigns and working with metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPCV

Solid analytical skills to interpret campaign data and identify revenue opportunities

Excellent communication skills for cross-team and client coordination

Experience in e-commerce, catalog websites, or publisher-side ad ops preferred

Google certifications (GAM, Google Ads, Digital Marketing) are a plus

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end campaign setup and optimization across Google Ad Manager, DV360, Google Ads, and social platforms

Lead ad trafficking : creative uploads, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth delivery

Optimize campaigns toward KPIs (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPCV) to drive revenue and user engagement

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with catalog promotions, launches, and seasonal sales

Conduct yield optimization to maximize ad revenue and inventory utilization

Track pacing, delivery, and performance metrics to ensure 100% campaign delivery

Prepare weekly / monthly reports and provide strategic recommendations for performance improvement

Stay up to date with industry trends, ad tech tools, and programmatic advertising practices
