Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor at Hotel RK Regency, located in Bhopal. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring rooms, public areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest cleanliness and safety standards. Key tasks include supervising staff, inspecting rooms and common areas, managing laundry services, coordinating with other departments to address guest concerns, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and guide a team.
• Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry operations, with attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is an advantage.
