PLM Technical Lead (Windchill)

Role : Windchill Architect

Position Type : Full-Time Contract (40hrs / week)

Contract Duration : 12 months+

Work Schedule : 8 hours / day (Mon-Fri)

Location : 100% Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced Windchill Technical Lead who can both drive technical initiatives and deliver hands-on development independently. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, customization, and end-to-end implementation while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Windchill solution design, customization, and configuration.
• Drive full development lifecycle and deliver high-quality solutions independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices and technical standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Develop, test, and demo Windchill solutions as required.
