Role : Salesforce Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Salesforce Test Engineer to join Civica, a diverse software organization. This role requires extensive experience (3+ years) in all aspects of the Salesforce platform and testing lifecycle. The engineer will collaborate closely with the Salesforce team to ensure all projects are thoroughly tested and delivered in alignment with stringent business requirements, overseeing the entire process from requirements gathering through development, QA, and final release deployment.

Primary Responsibility & Core Functions :

Salesforce Testing and QA Ownership :

• Oversee the entire testing process for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment from initial requirements gathering through design, development, Quality Assurance, and final release deployment.
• Responsibilities will span various development squads and sprints across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service / Support, and Experience Clouds).
• Conduct Hands-on manual and automated Functional testing of new features, enhancements, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
