Role Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Business Analyst with strong Project Management skills to lead the successful delivery of BFSI projects. This role requires exceptional client-facing capabilities, ensuring seamless communication, relationship management, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be skilled at translating business needs into actionable solutions while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client-Facing Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to gather detailed requirements.
• Present business cases, project plans, and solution designs to client stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and recommendations aligned with BFSI industry best practices.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, requirement walkthroughs, and status update meetings with clients.
