We’re looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for hiring, and a keen eye for identifying great talent.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle — job posting to offer rollout.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate relationships.
• Build and update a strong tech talent pipeline.
• Work on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn , and other platforms.
