Job descriptionDesign, develop, and test electrical systems, components, and equipment for control applications.Develop control strategies for HVAC systems including chillers, air handlers, and VAVs.Design and layout PCBs based on electrical schematics and mechanical constraints.Perform signal integrity analysis, EMI / EMC mitigation, and power distribution network design.Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, firmware, and software teams for seamless integration.Design and develop control hardware systems including PCBs, wiring harnesses, and enclosures.Select and integrate components such as sensors, actuators, relays, PLCs, and microcontrollers.Evaluate test reports and system data to troubleshoot and optimize performance.Make quick, data-driven decisions to resolve hardware challenges and improve reliability.Support prototyping, testing, and validation of control systems in lab and field environments.Work with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, and Ethernet / IP.
