Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored consulting solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include driving sales efforts, maintaining ongoing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to overall business growth through strategic consulting initiatives.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction management
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional approach
• Proven experience in similar roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
