SwayamWhere is a modern Indian matrimony platform built for people who want safety, agency, and values-aligned matches without losing the warmth of Indian family culture. We’re building a product that feels like a calmer, kinder alternative to noisy matrimony apps – for singles and their families.

We’re now looking for a Project Manager to keep our product, marketing, and operations moving in sync as we gear up for launch and scale.

What you’ll own

• End-to-end project delivery for key initiatives across product, design, engineering, and marketing
• Turn high-level goals (e.G. “launch waitlist v2”, “improve onboarding funnel”) into clear project plans , milestones, and deadlines
• Run weekly sprint / check-in rituals – standups, tracking boards, follow-ups, risk flags
• Coordinate with founders, designers, engineers, and content / marketing to ensure everyone is aligned on scope and timelines
• Create and maintain project documentation in tools like Notion / Jira / Trello (requirements, decisions, status updates)
• Track dependencies, blockers, and risks ;
