Director of Leasing

Hiring : Director – Leasing | Mumbai (Thane)

Location : Thane / Mumbai

Budget : Up to 80 LPA

We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead the leasing strategy, operations, and performance across commercial, retail, or mixed-use properties. The role requires strong business acumen, market insight, and leadership to drive occupancy, revenue, and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Build strong relationships with tenants and brand partners.

Lead and mentor the leasing team for high performance.

Track market trends and identify new opportunities.

Requirements :

MBA in Marketing, Real Estate, or Business Management (preferred).

12–18 years in commercial / retail leasing with 5+ years in leadership.

Proven success in managing large portfolios and driving results.
