Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Decision Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will partner with product managers,business stakeholders, designers, and engineers to generate insights that drive product / business decisions. You’ll play a key role in helping the company understand user behaviour, measure feature performance, and optimize the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical problems.
• Analyze user behavior across the product lifecycle (acquisition, KYC, activation, engagement, retention) to drive improvements and reduce friction.
• Design and analyze A / B tests and other experiments to inform product decisions.
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize product performance and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Translate business and product questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and support audit or compliance requests as needed.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, business-oriented manner.
