Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Associate based in Mumbai. The Investment Associate will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, performing due diligence, and analyzing financial data to assist investment decisions and strategies. The role also involves supporting investment evaluations, preparing detailed reports, and working closely with team members to monitor portfolio performance and market trends.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Financial Modeling and strong Analytical Skills

Experience in Due Diligence and a solid understanding of Finance

Knowledge of Investments, particularly in the real estate sector, is preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Prior experience in investment management, private equity, or real estate is a plus

Who We’re Looking For

2–5 years of relevant work experience (no more).

Undergraduate degree in Humanities, Sciences, Commerce, and / or Engineering from a top-tier Indian or international college / university.

Professional qualifications (CA, MBA) are welcome but not required.

Patient researcher who enjoys deep, bottom-up analysis — willing to dig into data, trends, and business models.

Based in Mumbai (role is in-person at our Bandra (West) office). This is not a remote / work-from-home position.

What You’ll Do

Conduct deep-dive research on supply, demand, and growth across residential, office, retail, hotels, logistics, and mixed-use sectors.

Build and maintain detailed market and financial models.

Analyze properties, portfolios, and companies to assess sustainable RoCE and long-term growth.

Contribute to screening, underwriting, and investment memos.

Present research findings clearly, with evidence-backed conclusions.
