About the Role

Become an AI expert and help our customers use Orbital to grow faster! We’re hiring a rockstar, forward-deployed GTM Engineer to strategize with our new customers and help them grow. You will be the one diving in with customers of all sizes and be a member of their GTM team to help them win.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with our founders and team on the following :

• Onboarding : Teach our customers the ins and outs of Orbital, ensuring they see value delivered within their first 14 days.
• Build AI Workflows : Use our no-code platform to build and tune custom AI agents that help customers track custom signals.
• Strategic Partner : Help customers strategize how to best use Orbital for their sales and marketing teams.
• Customer Growth and Retention : Monitor health signals, resolve issues quickly, and build strong relationships that lead to renewals and expansion.
