The Role

We are looking for a creative, fast, and versatile Video Editor to join our team in Mumbai. You are a visual storyteller at heart with a sharp eye for pacing, brand consistency, and content that stops the scroll.

In this role, you will be a key player in our creative team, transforming raw footage and concepts into polished, high-impact videos that help our global clients stand out. This is a hands-on, high-speed role for someone who loves to create.

What You Will Be Working On :

Instagram-First Edits : Editing and assembling a high volume of content for Reels, Shorts, and other rapid digital formats.

YouTube Long form : Developing and editing compelling long-form content, understanding audience retention and platform-specific best practices.

Brand-Led Projects : Collaborating with our creative and strategy teams on high-speed projects, demonstrating a strong, intuitive understanding of different brand identities.

Shooting Content : Assisting with and, at times, independently shooting video content for both long-form (YouTube) and short-form (Reels) formats.

What We're Looking For (The Essentials)

Technical Mastery : Expert command of the Adobe Suite, specifically :

• Premiere Pro / Da Vinci (your main tool)
• After Effects (for motion graphics, text, and basic animation)

AI-Assisted Workflow : You are versed in using modern AI tools (like HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and other AI-powered plugins) to assist and significantly speed up the editing process.

Visual Storytelling & Referencing : You have a great sense of visual referencing, knowing how to find and select B-roll and footage that perfectly "marries" the narrative and elevates the final story.

Brand Experience : You have worked with brands before and understand how to adapt your editing style to different brand identities and guidelines.

A Keen Eye for Detail : You spot the details others miss. You obsess over pacing, audio mixing, color, and pixel-perfect alignment.

Motion Graphics Skills : You have a strong hold over motion graphics and can create dynamic text animations and titles from scratch.

Social Media Fluency : You inherently understand what works on social media and can create clear, engaging subtitles for all formats.

A Strong Visual Portfolio : This is non-negotiable. We need to see your work, especially projects you've done for brands (please link this in your application).

A "Can-Do" Attitude : You are proactive, open to challenges, and excited to learn. You see a problem and find a creative solution.

You must be able to work full-time and on-site at our Mumbai office.

Bonus Points If You Have

Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop for quick social assets.

Experience or knowledge in shooting video (DSLR / Mirrorless).
