Job descriptionDevelop and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and operational needs. Drive the modernization of core business systems and digital platforms to improve scalability and customer experience. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of internal business applications including LOS, LMS, CRM, and ERP systems. Establish SLAs and governance mechanisms for system performance, uptime, and support. Manage internal and vendor-based engineering teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable technology solutions. Implement robust project management and delivery frameworks (Agile, DevOps, etc.) to ensure predictable outcomes. Ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure, networks, and end-user systems. Oversee data management, access control, and operational resilience in collaboration with the Risk & Cybersecurity teams. Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement to ensure cost efficiency and service quality. Define technology governance standards, including application lifecycle management, version control, and audit readiness. Monitor technology budgets and ensure ROI from major initiatives and platforms.
