Role Overview
Seeking a Project Manager with strong HRMS / ERP implementation experience to lead end-to-end delivery, process transformation, and large enterprise projects across People, Process, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HRMS projects : due diligence, process mapping, solution design, migrations, and transitions.
- Own project planning, execution, risks, timelines, and customer communication.
- Manage multiple onsite / offshore teams and ensure quality, SLAs, and process excellence.
- Support Sales / Pre-Sales with RFP / RFI responses and solutioning.
- Translate client requirements into executable functional / technical deliverables.
- Drive change management and adoption across customer organizations.
- Present high-level updates to CXOs;
maintain dashboards andanalytics.
Monitor productivity, revenue impact, and key delivery metrics.Required Experience & Skills
Must have : 2–3+ HRMS / ERP / SAP implementations.Strong process design, project management, and client-facing skills.Advanced Excel, dashboards, Visio, and data analytics expertise.Experience managing large enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.Strong commercial mindset and ability to exceed delivery targets.
