Job description

Role Objective :

To counsel, engage, and onboard top-potential students into PW’s Early Advantage, COE, and Top Batches by guiding them and their parents on academic pathways, olympiads, and competitive exam preparation.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Student & Parent Counselling

Counsel high-performing students (Olympiad, IOQM / RMO, MVPP, School Toppers, etc.).
Explain suitable programs, residential batches, scholarships, and career pathways.
Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions (online / offline).

2. Onboarding & Conversion

Engage with Raw & Achiever Potential students and ensure timely onboarding.

Manage follow-ups, address queries, and achieve conversion targets.

Support selection processes, documentation, and batch allocation.

3. Outreach & Engagement

Participate in school visits, olympiad workshops, exam centres, and TNT events.

Assist in camps, doubt sessions, and student engagement activities.

Coordinate with teachers, principals, and parents to identify meritorious students.

4. Reporting & Data Management

Maintain accurate student databases, counselling logs, and follow-up trackers.

Update CRM / Excel sheets and submit daily / weekly activity reports.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Excellent communication and counselling ability

Strong convincing & relationship-building skills

Understanding of olympiads, JEE / NEET pathways (preferred)

Student-centric approach and high ownership

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools

Qualifications & Experience :

Graduate (Science background preferred but not mandatory)

3 plus years of counselling / student advisory / education sector experience

Experience in EdTech / JEE and NEET and olympiad ecosystem is an advantage
