Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the travel industry. The role involves handling sales inquiries, preparing itineraries & quotations, converting leads, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Prepare customised itineraries, quotations, and travel packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and DMC partners for smooth operations.
- Track market trends and competitor pricing.
- Maintain CRM, daily sales reports, and booking updates.
Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in travel sales (mandatory).Strong destination knowledge (Uttarakhand, Himachal, Kashmir, Rajasthan, etc.).Excellent communication & negotiation skills.Ability to handle clients independently and close sales.Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.Target-driven, disciplined, and customer-focused.Salary & Benefits
