• Lead end-to-end construction project delivery : planning → execution → completion.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, schedules & quality.
• Coordinate with teams across Contracts, Purchase, HR, Architecture, Sales & Marketing.
• Liaise with external consultants for drawings, inputs & finalisations.
• Conduct weekly site-reviews and monthly audits for quality, safety & billing.
• Track project milestones, report progress & drive corrective actions.
• Foster motivation and engagement among site staff, contractors & project teams.

& :

1. Proven expertise in project planning and execution for large‐scale construction

2. Strong civil engineering background with on-site management experience

3. Quality assurance & control, construction safety knowledge and implementation

4. Contract / BOQ understanding, budgeting, cost control, billing expertise

5. Material planning & requisition, vendor & contractor management

6. Familiarity with statutory compliance and local approval processes
