We need experienced Senior Freelance Recruiters for our Executive Search division, on WFH mode. We offer attractive success-based fee. We also provide all professional tools including Naukri access.

Role :

• Source right candidates as per the Job Description and salary budget of the Client Company
• Use all available sourcing channels including , Job portals, social media campaign, Industry mapping and headhunting industry-relevant profiles
• Evaluate the candidates’ suitability by conducting interviews and reference check
• Maintain Recruitment Tracker and publish periodic recruitment analysis
• Coordinate the interview of the Candidate with the Client Companies.
• Coordinate with the final selected candidates to obtain the documents required by the Client Company.
• Handhold selected candidates till they join the client company
