Your Role

As an Accounts Payable Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting our Corporate Finance, Tax & Accounting teams.

In this position, you will :

• Manage the authorization and recording process for incoming invoices in CargoWise One , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Verify documentation and data integrity to guarantee proper accounting and reconciliations.
• Conduct internal checks and audits on supplier-related transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and Finance teams to streamline processes and implement efficiency improvements.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records in line with company policies and audit standards.
