Job Description - Key Responsibilities :
Build Activities :
- Manage and coordinate all ongoing activities related to Global Trade and its interfaces / satellite applications, as well as any future legal and business requirements.
- Work across all project phases (end-to-end design, realization, development, testing, training, documentation, hypercare, and support)
- Manage GTS support package implementations
- Participate in GTS S / 4HANA upgrade study & implementation
- Maintenance & Business Continuity :
- Lead discussions with Global Trade, Business & Digital Technology teams
- Manage legal changes, business improvements, evolutions, and issue resolutions
- Deliver L3 / L4 support requests, GTS version releases
Support :
Provide L1 / L2 end-user support when requiredValidate user requests and specifications developed by internal / external partnersCoordinate workload and approvals with ABAP / development partnersManage GTS and satellite applications, ensuring smooth collaboration with vendors / partnersLanguage : Fluent English (European languages are a plus)
Technical & Functional Expertise :
SAP GTS (End-to-End) – Trade Preference, Trade Compliance, Customs Management, ClassificationConfiguration & Customization – Standard, user exits, support packagesSAP ECC6 Integration – Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Purchasing, EHS, other SAP modulesABAP skills (nice to have)
