About the Role :
AVP (Alliance) Sales shall be responsible for building and maintaining strategic and symbiotic partnerships and alliances with large master system integrators like TCIL, BEL, MDSL, STL, HFCL, Railtel, NEC, HITACHI, L&T, LTI, JCI, Honeywell, COFORGE, TATA Projects, Infosys, TCS etc.
to drive revenue growth and market expansion from large and complex multi-discipline Government of India large enterprises projects of Digital Transformation, cyber security, Data center design and build and IT Infrastructure etc.
This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating and establishing partnerships, and collaborating with internal sales teams to maximize business opportunities.
Role shall entail critical in achieving the company's sales and revenue objectives through effective partner relationships with OEM and Identify and assess potential strategic partners and alliances that align with the company's business goals and target market.
- Develop and execute a strategic partnership strategy, including defining goals, objectives, and KPIs.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms and conditions, revenue sharing, and contractual obligations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners, serving as the main point of contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for partnership growth.
- Generate Revenue through the alliance partnership.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of partner relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates and communication to senior management on the status of partnership initiatives and their impact on sales and revenue.
- Strategize on a synergistic business model to benefit the large master SI and NIKOM.
Required Skills :
Knowledge of the Government / Enterprise Sales, Market trends, and competitive landscape.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Handling large multi-domain and complex bids.Strong techno-commercial background.Job Experience :
Minimum 15 years of Government / Enterprise Sales experience in IT domain.Relevant experience of minimum 5 years in handling large Master System Integrators & Government enterprise.Required Qualifications :
