Eligibility Criteria

• Education : Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Experience : Freshers to 5 years of sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Age Limit : Up to 32 years .
• Language Skills : Local language fluency is mandatory. Basic English / Hindi preferred.
• Salary : 13k to 18k local conveyance of 3k
• Other Requirements :

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in sales and fieldwork (where applicable).
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler and driving license are mandatory
• Identify and reach out to existing customers for cross-selling personal loan products.
• Explain product features eligibility and benefits to customers.
• Handle customer queries effectively and maintain a positive relationship.
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
• Maintain and update customer details and sales records in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth disbursement and post-sales follow-up.
