Production Engineer - EMS / Electrical (Sriperumbudur)

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage overall production activities and achieve production targets.
• Ensure production and manpower safety on the shop floor.
• Ensure material availability for production and manage WIP (Work In Progress) inventory effectively
• Ensure compliance of production processes with prescribed ISO standards and 5S practices
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production and quality issues, minimizing downtime.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Evaluate team members' performance daily.
• Manage operators' attendance.
• Develop multi-skilling capabilities among operators.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond accordingly
