- Statutory HR Compliance Documentation
- Handling IR (Industrial Relations) & labour law matters
- Coordination with legal authorities & government departments
- Employee relations management & grievance handling
- Maintaining compliance records, audit readiness & reporting
- PF / ESIC / Bonus / Gratuity & payroll compliance knowledge preferred
- Policy implementation & workforce discipline management
