Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Project Manager with a mandatory PMP / Prince2 Certification and 15+ years of experience. This role requires a dynamic Single Point of Contact (SPoC) adept at bridging communication between clients and technical development teams. The manager will leverage a unique blend of technical and managerial expertise to oversee the entire project lifecycle, focusing on developing detailed project plans, mitigating technical risks, ensuring adherence to payment schedules, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

Job Description :

Project Planning and Technical Execution Management :

• Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans, clearly defining timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate all project activities, resources, and tasks to ensure timely execution and delivery, strictly adhering to project plans and client requirements.
• Track progress rigorously against the plan and proactively make necessary adjustments to scope, schedule, or resources to manage project variance.
• Take responsibility for identifying, assessing, and actively mitigating potential project risks, including technical implementation challenges and timeline delays.
• Collaborate with the development team to estimate the complexity and time required for technical tasks, ensuring deadlines are met across the board.
