ServiceNow Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs in ServiceNow.
• Define and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules as needed.
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, architecture best practices, and roadmap planning.
• Lead ServiceNow development teams in the delivery of solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Ensure ServiceNow implementations align with enterprise architecture standards and governance.
• Conduct regular design reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Create solution blueprints, technical architecture documents, and data models.
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., REST, SOAP APIs).
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and capabilities and assess the impact of new features.

Position : Full-time

Experience Level : 6-8+ Years

Education : Any UG / PG Degree

Location : Chennai. Only candidates from TN are preferred

Joining preference :   Immediate, candidates who are already serving notice period

Salary offered :  As per market standards

Timing :  Noon shift. Client meetings will go up to 12 AM

Currently, all Interview processes will be conducted online. If needed we might conduct the interview on the office premises.
