Job Brief

We have a number of openings in our technical team focusing on mobile and web development to be part of our technology leadership team. As a part of this expansion, we are looking for a Mid-level UI / UX Designer to join our award-winning digital team.

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for,

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Build low and high-fidelity production-ready design, storyboard, and style guide
• Creating systems and workflows for the team
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Understanding and managing design systems
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Advise and work closely with designers to determine the best controls and inputs
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.G. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• Train new designers joining the team and ensure the highest level of design practices

strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
