Lead Designer

As part of Energy Management and Technical Communication team at Schneider Electric

As a Lead Designer, will be responsible to plan and manage the delivery of high-quality digital assets like 4K Images / 360° Set of Images / simplified CAD / 2D views / System Images for SE websites, catalogues, user guides, e-commerce, promotion.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects independently and should have experience in managing a team.
• Manage projects expectations across all the business leaders, division engage many stakeholders across different geographic locations and different time zones.
• Good communication, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and the ability to build relationships and motivate teams.
• Time to time need to develop new skills to manage different types of assets on 3D rendering Platform. PDM / Offer DAM / Technical Illustration / Software upgrades etc,.
• Planning, scheduling, managing, and delivering of projects.
• Quality check of all rendered images, simplified CAD is important to meet high quality standards.
• Mentoring and training new joiners in the teams.
• Collaborative working style, team-player.
