Your Mission : The Role

• You're not just a finance leader;
• you're the chief architect of Searce's financial future and an innovation leader for our revenue engine. You lead by doing : optimizing financial processes, building robust reporting platforms, and scaling infrastructure to power real business outcomes. You won't just present strategy;
• you'll be hands-on defining foundational financial architecture , evolving our operational finance DNA, and unlocking new capabilities for AI-powered insights and automation. Heading all core Finance functions and championing the Intelligent Financial Insights (IFI) team , you'll employ first-principles design to drive predictable growth and net-new revenue. We're not hiring a scorekeeper;

we need a Head of Finance who dives into data integrity, whiteboards cash flow strategies, and thinks automation-first. As the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) , you're accountable for the financial health, integrity, innovation cadence, and overall performance of the finance organization.
