Performance marketing drives a big part of our growth, and we’re looking for someone who can lead this function with strategy, ownership, and sharp execution.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact) 🚀

• Lead the performance marketing function across Meta, Google, and new channels.
• Plan, launch, and scale high-performing campaigns that fuel revenue growth.
• Manage large monthly spends (₹50 lakhs+ per month) with full ownership of ROAS and CAC.
• Analyse funnels, cohorts, attribution, and platform data to uncover opportunities.
• Build advanced audience frameworks : segmentation, remarketing, lookalikes, custom intent.
• Run experiments across creatives, formats, bidding, and landing pages.
• Monitor daily performance and act fast when metrics shift.
• Mentor performance associates and ensure high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with founders, product, and creative teams on goals and new channel expansions.
• Lead monthly planning, forecasting, and reporting with clear insights.
• Build systems and playbooks that make the performance function stronger.
