Job descriptionNode.js Cloud Platform (SAP BTP / AWS / Azure) Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic Development of microservices / RESTful services on Cloud Platform (SAP BTP / AWS / Azure) Writing well-structured, efficient and maintainable code and actively keep the quality of the code base in check Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications on Cloud Implementation of security and data protection
Skill sets
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js and corresponding frameworks
- Confident with cloud platform development concepts
- Experience in using test automation frameworks
- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages
- Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors
- Familiar with version control (git) and CI / CD
- Understanding of networking concepts, VPN tunnels, DNS and routing
- Understanding of security, authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Experience with agile software development
