Job descriptionArchitect complex integrations using REST / SOAP APIs , MuleSoft , and middleware connectors. Ensure secure and optimized data flow across enterprise systems. Implement OAuth-based authentication and manage API governance. Design AI-enhanced features leveraging Einstein , Einstein GPT , and predictive AI models. Build and integrate AI / ML solutions using Python + Azure / AWS for intelligent case routing, sentiment analysis, and text generation. Implement LLM-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Create best practices for Apex , LWC , Visualforce , and Flow . Guide the dev team through code reviews, performance optimization, and architectural decisions. Ensure compliance with governance, data privacy, and platform security. Oversee CI / CD using Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT , and Git workflows. Reduce deployment risks through automated testing and metadata governance. Work closely with Product Owners, Business, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Communicate architecture roadmaps and strategies to leadership. 9–11 years of Salesforce development & architecture experience. 2+ years specifically in an Architect role. Salesforce certifications : Application Architect / Technical Architect , Platform App Builder II . Deep expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud . Strong command of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL , Flows, and declarative tools. Expertise in integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, MuleSoft). Salesforce DevOps expertise with Git, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT. Strong security architecture knowledge (OAuth, FLS, Sharing Rules). U.S. Healthcare domain experience (HIPAA, PHI guidelines). Experience with Hyperforce, Enterprise-scale migration strategies.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to design, lead, and optimize enterprise-grade CRM, integration, and AI-driven solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Platform. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, extensive hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to integrate advanced AI / ML capabilities—including Einstein GPT, LLM-based RAG pipelines, and external cloud-based AI services.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive architecture governance, ensure platform security, and guide development teams in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
