In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Define and implement the quality vision, strategy, and objectives aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chain.
• Oversee and improve QMS and ensure compliant with relevant certifications and audits.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH, CE, UL), customer-specific requirements and ensure customer feedback handling.
• Maintain and improve QMS documentation, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor and improve product quality metrics (e.g., FPY, PPM, COPQ).
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external issues.
• Drive supplier quality development and incoming inspection protocols.
• Manage and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teams.
• Build a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement with the team.
• Interface with key customers on quality matters, audits, and escalations.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design-for-quality and process capability.
• Support Regionalization, localization and new product development initiatives along with Asia Pacific team for specific site-based developments.
• Manage stakeholders as per organization structure.
