Job Description :

Key responsibilities :

• Lead the successful delivery of complex AI and data analytics projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with product managers, solution designers, and customers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, business systems analysts, and testers Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Ensure adherence to both waterfall and agile methodologies as appropriate for each project.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Drive process improvements and best practices across the delivery organization.
• Oversee the design and implementation of organizational structures to support project delivery
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics, AI, ML, Gen AI, Agentic.
• Contribute to the company's thought leadership in AI and data analytics solution.
