We’re Hiring : International Technical Support & Sales Specialist (US Process)

Company : Wingsmate Technologies

Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad (India)

Shift : Night Shift (US Time)

Positions : 25 Openings

Department : Technical Support + International Sales

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for high-performance professionals who can handle both technical support + international sales for our PC Optimization Software.

This role includes supporting customers, resolving technical issues, and offering premium service plans to global customers (mainly USA & Canada).

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

Handle Inbound / Outbound calls from US customers
Diagnose slow PC issues, browser errors, pop-ups, and basic malware symptoms
Install & configure PC Cleaner / Optimization Tool
Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting
Provide privacy cleaning, junk removal & system optimization support
Record case notes and submit daily performance updates

International Sales (US Market)

Explain product benefits clearly to international customers

Convert support calls into premium plan sales

Pitch annual subscription plans in a transparent, ethical manner

Achieve monthly sales targets (easy & realistic)

Maintain high-quality customer experience while closing sales

Build trust and long-term relationships with US clients

Ideal Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal English communication (US accent is a plus)

Proven experience in International BPO / Tech Support / Sales

Confidence in speaking to global customers

Basic understanding of Windows OS, browsers & PC optimization

Strong persuasion & negotiation skills

Must be disciplined, target-driven, and willing to work night shifts

Freshers with excellent English communication can also apply

Salary Structure

Base Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)

High Incentives : Up to ₹30,000 / month (performance-based)

Monthly bonuses for top performers

Growth to Team Lead within 6 months possible for top achievers
